Check-in / Check-out

Check-in from 5:00 pm; from 4:30 pm at no charge, 3:30 pm (+€20 per villa) or 2:30 pm (+€40 per villa) subject to availability, to choose in your welcome booklet · Check-out before 11:00 am (12 noon for €20 per villa, to be booked by 6 pm the day before, subject to availability). Self check-in with a secure PIN code — even late in the evening.

Length of stay

The minimum stay depends on the dates: 2 nights in winter, longer in spring and during holidays, and up to 7 nights in high summer. It is shown in the booking panel as soon as you pick your dates.

Cancellation

Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. After that, 50% of the amount paid is refunded up to 60 days before arrival. No refund less than 60 days before arrival. See our terms & conditions

Parties and festive gatherings are not permitted. The villa is a peaceful place to stay, out of respect for the neighbours.

How many guests can Villa Oasis accommodate?

Villa Oasis sleeps up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms: a master suite with private bathroom, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and a fully independent studio with its own bathroom.

Is the pool heated?

Yes. The private 18 m² pool is heated to at least 27 °C from April to the end of October — and, weather permitting, sometimes from March and into November. It is 1.10 m to 1.50 m deep, with a 20 cm immersed beach and a sunken lounge with a fire pit. It is reserved for the villa's guests; adult supervision is essential.

Are cleaning and linen included? Is there a security deposit?

Yes: beds are made on arrival, one large bath towel is provided per guest and end-of-stay cleaning is included. A 500 € security hold is placed on your card the day before arrival: nothing is charged, and it is released 48 hours after you leave. Remember to bring your own pool towels; a travel cot with mattress and a high chair are provided on site.

What is the cancellation policy?

Absolutely. Villa Oasis and Villa Nirvana share the same grounds and can be rented together for up to 16 guests — 2 private pools, 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. Ideal for a corporate seminar, a yoga or wellness retreat, a works council getaway, a family gathering or a quiet hen weekend. Both villas can be booked together online, with live prices and availability, on the estate page.
