Both villas together
At the end of a private lane, with no through traffic and no overlooking neighbours, two independent villas share the same grounds: Villa Oasis, with its tropical feel, and Villa Nirvana, with its pop art murals. Everyone has their own space, and everyone meets around the pools.

Location: L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, between the Luberon and Avignon
The Oasis & Nirvana estate is located in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the “Venice of Provence”, in the heart of the Vaucluse and at the gateway to the Luberon. A quiet residential neighbourhood, a few minutes from the town centre and its famous antiques market, and from the most beautiful villages of Provence — while offering great privacy. You get a villa with heated pools in the Luberon without being cut off: Fontaine-de-Vaucluse is 10 min away, Gordes 17 min, Roussillon 35 min and Avignon 30 min.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 5:00 pm; from 4:30 pm at no charge, 3:30 pm (+€20 per villa) or 2:30 pm (+€40 per villa) subject to availability, to choose in your welcome booklet · Check-out before 11:00 am (12 noon for €20 per villa, to be booked by 6 pm the day before, subject to availability). Self check-in with a secure PIN code — even late in the evening.
Length of stay
The minimum stay depends on the dates: 2 nights in winter, longer in spring and during holidays, and up to 7 nights in high summer. It is shown in the booking panel as soon as you pick your dates.
Cancellation
Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. After that, 50% of the amount paid is refunded up to 60 days before arrival. No refund less than 60 days before arrival. See our terms & conditions

Parties & events
Parties and festive gatherings are not permitted. The estate is a peaceful place to stay, out of respect for the neighbours.
Pets
Pets are welcome, under the full responsibility of the guest. Please let us know when booking.

No smoking inside the villa. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor terraces.

Any damage or malfunction must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.

How many guests can the whole estate accommodate?
The estate brings together both villas on the estate and sleeps up to 16 guests: 8 bedrooms in total (4 per villa), 6 bathrooms and 2 private heated pools. Each group keeps its privacy while enjoying generous shared space. A villa for 16 people in Provence, ideal for a large group, a family reunion or a corporate retreat.
Are the two villas next to each other?
Yes. Villa Oasis and Villa Nirvana sit on the same grounds at the end of a private cul-de-sac in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with no passing traffic and not overlooked. Each keeps its own pool, garden and private spaces — ideal for getting together while keeping some independence.
Where is the estate: Luberon, Avignon?
In L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, at the foot of the Luberon (the town is often called the gateway to the Luberon), 30 minutes from Avignon and its TGV station. Fontaine-de-Vaucluse is 10 min away, Gordes 17 min and Roussillon 35 min: a villa with two heated pools in the Luberon, perfectly placed for exploring the hilltop villages.
Are the pools heated?
Yes. Each villa has its own private 18 m² pool, heated to at least 27 °C from April to the end of October — and, weather permitting, sometimes from March and into November. The pools are 1.10 m to 1.50 m deep with a 20 cm immersed beach; the Nirvana pool has a pool alarm. Adult supervision is essential.
Is the estate suitable for seminars, retreats and groups?
Absolutely. With 16 beds, 2 pools, vast terraces, a fire pit, an arcade cabinet and table football in each villa, the estate is designed for groups looking for peace and quiet: corporate seminars, works councils, yoga or wellness retreats, residential workshops, family reunions or quiet hen weekends. Two villas for 16 guests also means an unbeatable per-person rate compared with the large seminar villas of the Luberon.
Are cleaning and linen included? Is there a security deposit?
Yes: beds are made on arrival, one large bath towel is provided per guest and end-of-stay cleaning is included. For the whole estate, a 1,000 € security hold is placed on your card the day before arrival: nothing is charged and it is released automatically 48 hours after you leave. Only the tourist tax is extra, paid on site (the amount is set by the town). Remember to bring your own pool towels; a travel cot with mattress and a high chair are provided on site.
What is the cancellation policy?
