The villas are in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, at the gateway to the Luberon: Gordes is 17 minutes away, Roussillon and its ochre cliffs 35, and Ménerbes, Bonnieux and Lourmarin lie along the route of the hilltop villages. Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, 10 minutes away, is the evening stroll.
What sets them apart from most Luberon rentals comes down to one word: heated. Each villa has its own private pool at 27 °C from April to the end of October. In spring and autumn, when the Luberon is at its most beautiful and least expensive, you still get to swim.
Two 130 m² architect-designed villas, independent and twinned on the same grounds: 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms each, a fully equipped kitchen, terraces, a fire pit, a barbecue, table football and an arcade cabinet. 8 guests per villa, 16 when you rent both.

Sunday, the L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue market and its antiques dealers, five minutes away. Monday, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and the source of the Sorgue in the morning, the pool in the afternoon. Tuesday, Gordes and Sénanque Abbey before the crowds, then Roussillon and the ochre trail. Wednesday, the Gordes market, then Ménerbes and Bonnieux along the ridge road.
Thursday, Avignon, its palace and its ramparts, thirty minutes away. Friday, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and the Alpilles, or Mont Ventoux for cyclists. Saturday, nothing at all: the heated pool, the fire pit, the barbecue, and table football to settle the children's scores.
